Vanessa Quiroz Hotz

Vanessa has a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis on public management and over 20 years of experience in non-profit, university,and research institute grant and contract management, including pre-award and post-award activity from both the central and departmental sides.

Her professional experience ranges from small non-profit organizations to managinga $25M portfolio of a research center receiving federal and state funds. She has spent a significant amount of time on establishing the infrastructure of university departments and nonprofit organizations to ensure smooth transitions, training and compliance with institutional, sponsor, state and federal regulations.

Vanessa enjoys taking on new projects to gain additional skills which includes writing policies and SOPs. When she isn’t working, she’s spending time with her family in Snohomish, Washington.
