Project Overview
Lost Lake Resort is upgrading its septic systems to ensure a safe and efficient infrastructure for the community. These projects are funded by grants from the Department of Ecology. The project involves two distinct sites:
Project Site 1 (Eagle 17)
- Install septic tanks, pump chambers, Nu-Water treatment tanks, and a new sand drainfield.
- Advanced electrical work, including access to a 220-volt three-phase supply.
- Removal of 13-14 trees and custom landscaping repair.
Project Site 2 (Spruce 38)
- Install septic tanks, pump chambers, Nu-Water treatment tanks, and a new sand drainfield.
- Electrical upgrades, including a 200 amp 120/240 single-phase metered service.
Both projects will require detailed planning, professional execution, and strict adherence to environmental and cultural survey requirements.

Project Budget Allowance
- Project Site 1: Up to $452,000 (including a $20,000 landscaping allowance).
- Project Site 2: Up to $428,000.
