She facilitates retreats as well as other programs designed to increase individual and team effectiveness and satisfaction. Over the past two decades Julie has served thousands of leaders throughout the United States, as well as Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Julie’s background includes co-active coaching methodology, conflict resolution skills, improvisational theater, effective communication, storytelling, and direct feedback. When combined, they unleash clients’ strengths and support them to work from their core values.
Her credentials include a bachelor’s degree in Comparative Sociology, master’s degree in Sociology, as well as training and certification as a Co-Active Coach, Organizational and Relationship Systems Coach, and Leadership Circle Assessment Practitioner. She is a bilingual and bicultural Latina of Central American and Caribbean descent.

Earlier, he managed the Payment Card Industry Program, ensuring compliance with credit card processing and storage standards.As an Internal Security Assessor, he advised on integrating new payment applications into operational environments. His leadership roles also include managing Patient Financial Services and serving as a Senior Healthcare Consultant.
In addition to his healthcare career, Jermaine has been a Senior Leader in the Army Reserves for 23 years, demonstrating a strong commitment to leadership and community service. He holds a BA in Organizational Leadership and certifications as a Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP) and Master Resilience Trainer (MRT).
Jermaine is passionate about family, leadership, and the growth and development of others. He enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years and their five children, traveling, and helping others find their passion.He also serves as a board treasurer for a nonprofit organization focused on eradicating homelessness in Pierce County.
