Our work includes helping to open and shift mindsets to unleash creative potential. The core of our work includes coordination and sequencing of interactive workshops supported with entrepreneur coaching that combine to harness an individual's strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve significant results.

Ms. Briggs has led The Briggs Group since 2015 and has been supporting development and fundraising initiatives for over 27 years, including efforts focused on two major industry sectors: health care/social services and retail banking.

Ms. Briggs has had the privilege of creating, developing, and shaping fundraising, development, and sales cultures for a variety of highly respected organizations including Harborstone Credit Union, United Way of Pierce County, and MultiCare Health Foundation.

Ms. Briggs provides inspirational fund development training to both individuals and volunteer boards and is recognized for her motivating presentations.

The Tall Town Design team is well versed and experienced in a large range of digital marketing topics that are well suited for the Nonprofit Corporations and Charities program, such as WA State ADA website compliance requirements.

Their founder has served as President and other board positions for multiple nonprofits, giving him an understanding of how nonprofits work and how they raise money.

Tall Town Design has built over 60 websites, delivered at least 1,000 reports and have reached a combined minimum of 15,000,000 total website users for their clients. They have experience in many practical and important digital marketing subjects. Such as various different digital marketing channels and which ones will be most effective for who, building websites with common DIY (do it yourself) website builders, a large range of critical to know digital marketing concepts, utilizing AI to reduce costs when appropriate and the risks of AI, and finally, giving presentations that give the target audience actionable insight.

Before founding Elevate Plus Consulting in 2021, Jermaine Ogden accumulated over 17 years of experience in healthcare management. He served as a Program Manager overseeing Bariatric & Structural Heart in Care Delivery, managing patient pathways, and collaborating on accreditation processes. Earlier, he managed the Payment Card Industry Program, ensuring compliance with credit card processing and storage standards.As an Internal Security Assessor, he advised on integrating new payment applications into operational environments. His leadership roles also include managing Patient Financial Services and serving as a Senior Healthcare Consultant.

In addition to his healthcare career, Jermaine has been a Senior Leader in the Army Reserves for 23 years, demonstrating a strong commitment to leadership and community service. He holds a BA in Organizational Leadership and certifications as a Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP) and Master Resilience Trainer (MRT).

Jermaine is passionate about family, leadership, and the growth and development of others. He enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years and their five children, traveling, and helping others find their passion.He also serves as a board treasurer for a nonprofit organization focused on eradicating homelessness in Pierce County.
