Ray Moisa

Ray Moisa has been working in non-profit development for 30 years, writing successful grant proposals to federal, state, and foundation funders for a diverse array of organizations across the nonprofit sector. He has been recruited to sit on grant review panels for public agencies, and has worked as a training and technical assistance consultant advising organizations on the development of their long-range strategic plans.
