For over 22 years, Dr. Silva has been working with mission driven organizations to pursue educational and advocacy related initiatives. She is a Master Potentializer and works with individuals and teams to “Make Bold Possibilities a Reality”. She has a background as a community organizer with a keen knack of rallying people around a common purpose and has revitalized local and regional chapters of non-profit organizations. Dr. Silva is a certified research administrator with 12 years of experience working as a grant administrator and 4 years of experience as a research project manager supporting investigator-initiated work, as well as federal and philanthropic grants for research, programmatic, and community-based initiatives. Dr. Silva has authored and co-authored several publications related to community-based research and her independent research projects. In 2020, she co-Founded CPIN and is Chief Executive Officer.
